Terms & Conditions:

• The Poster has to be hand drawn. 
• The Poster size should be A3. 
• Poster will be awarded on the basis of selected criteria. Plagiarized Name, Logo, design and Slogan will be disqualified.
• Preliminary entries should include  Title,  participants name,  Institution.
• Posters have to be innovative and creative with clear graphics and legible text.
• Panel of experts will be invited to evaluate the research posters on the day of exhibition and the results are announced on the same day of the event. 
• Evaluation is based on defined criteria.
